Job description:
On behalf of our client, we are working together to fill the role of “Workshop General Operative”
In the role candiadtes will be requried to assemble industrial control panels and switchgear units, and help maintain the workshop/production floor area. Duties to include, but not limited to:
Key requirements for the role include: a strong work ethic, the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, and good attention to detail. Good hand-eye co-ordination and ability to stand for long periods and carry out manual handling tasks.
Candidates must be fluent in English and and have currently full-non restrictive permission to work in Ireland.
Ideally candidates will live in relative close proximity to Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
Working environment: Our Client is a medium sized company and the the facility is state of the art and offers a clean working environment, you will enjoy first class canteen facilities and on-site parking.
Hours of work: 8.00am to 4.30pm – Monday to Friday
Starting pay rates: will be determined based on experience and current industry rates.
