We are seeking to recruit a short term Office Admin Support person for a Portlaoise based company.
Role will include:-
- General office administrative duties.
- Processing Job sheets and time recording of staff
- Liaising with site manager and service supervisor on all admin support required or for business.
- Be able to drive
- Have excellent Microsoft Excel and Word experience
- Some experience in Health and Safety would be an advantage
- Updating risk assessments and SOPs
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner and be able to work to deadlines.
- Positive, co-operative and flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reception duties
- Ability to work in the Parts and Equipment Stores area if required and duties may include Stocktaking and Stock Control, Dispatch of goods to couriers
- Site visits may be required as part of the training so ability to drive is essential.
