Our client is a hugely successful manufacturing company based in Co. Laois. Producing internationally recognized brands exporting to over 40 countries world wide. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a well established and highly successful company.

We are currently recruiting for Process Team Leader

Based in Co. Laois the main duties of the role are:

Responsible for managing a team on a 2 shift x 5 day week cycle.
Ensure effective implementation of the agreed production plan.
Operator training and team development

H&S compliance in your area and within your team.
Continuous Improvement leader / champion
All products produced to specification.
Good communication and feedback.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting is desirable and ideally some previous people management experience.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and ideally should have some food manufacturing experience.
Food hygiene and food safety knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

Salary is €45K p.a.

Job Requirements

Must be in a position to provide excellent work references.

Must hold a valid work permit for working in Ireland.

Must be resident in Ireland as job is on-site based.
