Office Administrator
This is a new position and an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business based in Coolrain, Co. Laois.
The following is an outline of the role and responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry on ERP systems
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person, answer any queries and resolving issues.
- Acting as point of contact internally between office, admin and workshop.
- Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless co-ordination between departments
- Familiar with Quickbooks accounts package
- Process sales invoices, email and ensure the due date on the invoice is correct & correlates with the payment terms of the customer
- Tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other accounting tasks
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies
- Credit control, sending our monthly statements and responsible for collection of money due.
- Prior to dispatch of goods, check customer accounts for overdue balances.
- Responsible for outgoing and incoming shipments
- Bring ideas to management and be able to implement necessary process improvements.
- Responsible for filing and storage of company invoices and other relevant revenue requirements
- Vies and Intrastat returns
- Assist the operations manager with inventory ordering and control
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Marketing – Update the company website and social media.
- Other duties as may be assigned
