Operations Administrator - Portlaoise - Temporary Contract
We are seeking to recruit an Operators Administrator for a client company in Portlaoise. This role is a Temporary Contract. Experience working in an office environment in an administrative role. - Answering the phone and dealing with day to day queries within the office. Must have a very good working knowledge of Excel and database systems Must be hands on with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work on their own initiative Strong communication and customer service skills - Provide admin support to the Sales and Service teams - Set up new accounts and supplier approvals - Maintaining work sheets and time sheets Provide overall support to the warehouse to include activities such as stock taking. - Raising purchase orders, - Maintaining supplies for the office, canteen etc. - Taking in deliveries - Must have a full-clean driving licence CVs to angela@shorttrecruitment.ie
